Social Media Manager, Paysan Breton

Moorea is in charge of Paysan Breton’s social media networks, her mission is to share her cooperative values and commitments through a brand she’s known and loved since childhood.

Raising the profile

After completing a vocational diploma in marketing, Mooréa continued her studies on a combined work-study programme, and achieved first a bachelor’s degree then a master’s degree in communications. She joined Laïta in 2022 as Social Media Manager to raise the profile of Paysan Breton. “I’ve loved it ever since I was a little girl, it’s one of the biggest brands and I love the cooperative values it represents,” she says.

Promoting authenticity

Mooréa has played a key role at Paysan Breton ever since she started, managing the brand’s social media presence. Her work, in particular, involves engaging with the community: “I post recipes on social media to encourage people to use our products in different ways, so they become part of the daily lives of consumers,” she explains.

As well as sharing recipes, Mooréa educates people about the brand, highlighting the Cooperative and its dairy farmers, its commitments and its values. She also posts surveys, competitions and themed events to stress the brand’s commitment to the community. Her daily interaction with followers is testament to the importance she places on maintaining a genuine connection with consumers. “Our followers like dealing with real people, not robots and AI,” she says. Thanks to her work, Paysan Breton stands out as one of the most engaging fast-moving consumer goods brands on social media, and was placed in the top 10 by a recent study.
